Born in 2020 as a side project under House of Funk Brewing, House of Lager has evolved into a standalone destination with one mission: to brew the cleanest, most refreshing, and most creative lagers possible. Darren and Stuart saw the opportunity to focus on a style often underestimated but incredibly rewarding and they embraced it fully. With a brewhouse purpose-built for lager production and a deep respect for the process, they aim to redefine what lager can be.
